  • Today, YouTube TV customers may lose FOX 4 News, NFL on FOX, and other FOX channels if FOX and Google do not reach a new contract soon—this could cut off local news, sports, and weather coverage, and viewers are urged to contact YouTube TV to preserve access.  FOX 4

  • McKinney City Council approved preconstruction services on Aug. 19 for a $5M renovation of the Performing Arts Center—awarding a $15,000 contract to Byrne Construction Services.  McKinney Courier-Gazette

REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • CapRock Partners, a developer from Newport Beach, will break ground in early 2026 on a 15-acre industrial park called McKinney Air Business Park near the McKinney National Airport.
