  • Kalterra Capital Partners and Turner Impact Capital acquired the 376-unit Kinstead apartment complex in McKinney on Tuesday and will convert half of its units into affordable housing for renters earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income (per HUD guidelines). The public-private partnership includes a 99-year lease with the McKinney Housing Authority, and the owners plan to hold the property for long-term use.  The Dallas Morning News
