  • Texas restaurants are facing labor shortages and fewer Hispanic diners amid resumed ICE raids—according to the Texas Restaurant Association, nearly half of establishments report job openings that are hard to fill. In Irving, Sandra Cruz of Dona Lencha said her family’s restaurant has seen a slowdown since February and now encourages takeout orders.  FOX 4
