Energy experts say falling crude oil prices are expected to lower gas costs for McKinney residents, even though refineries have switched to a more expensive summer blend — prices may drop by about 15 cents per gallon as early as this week.
This forecast comes after oil prices fell significantly following new tariffs, pointing to a potentially cheaper summer at the pump.
