- ➤ Texas Health Resources plans to build a 60-bed hospital in north McKinney on a 51-acre site near U.S. 75 and Laud Howell Parkway. The facility (expected 2028) will expand to 119 beds, offer surgical, NICU, emergency, and labor and delivery services, and add hundreds of local jobs. The Dallas Morning News
