Tradition Homes will donate $2,000 for each home sold starting in 2026 to support ManeGait's mission, pledging up to $1M over three years.

The donation is expected to boost local services and community support.

A $200M surf resort project broke ground in McKinney on 35 acres where a surf lagoon, hotel and entertainment venues will be built.

The development is set to open mid-2027.

McKinney will host its first Historic Half Marathon on March 28 — the BMW-sponsored event includes a scenic 5K and kids dash through downtown with proceeds benefiting Scottish Rite for Children.
